Really impressed with Move4Sport in West Wickham high street where Lorimers used to be. Its a small intimate gym which i love as I have never felt confident enough in large gyms. All the staff who work there are super helpful and friendly, I had Alex showing me around and doing a 1 to 1 assessment. Alex showed genuine interest with what my goals were, what I'm doing lifestyle wise and was patient and kind. Today had Sterling running my first ever class attended, veey encouraging and bringing out the best in me so when i found certain exercises too easy he made them slightly harder. Great asset to the high street and makes a change from barbers and nail bars. Totally recommend.

Really welcoming members of staff and brand new facilities. Love that there's now a place my teenager can go and get professional level S&C for a really reasonable price and be monitored and taught to the highest standards

Jake has been amazing with my son. He came to Move4sport with a serious injury to his pelvis due to an overload in football. Jake gave him the confidence to build on his strength and agility to help his pelvis heal. He has a brilliant way with children and my son really respected and enjoyed his time with him. Many thanks Jake. We are very grateful!

Tom is amazing coach. He is helping and making our swimmers stronger. My daughter has a shoulder injury but I know Tom will help her with this problem, and I trust him. He knows what he is doing. We are lucky that we have Tom to care for S&C in our swimming club.

I'm a personal trainer but not comfortable training children . My 10 year old son needed to up his fitness and strength this year as part of his football training and he has loved every minute of his S7C training with Move4Sport. Brilliantly run with knowledgeable fitness instructors and the gym space itself is a PT's dream!
