Our pick up with all of our things was efficient. Everyone was kind and understanding, and our things were stored for us for a little less than a month at no charge to us. When our things were delivered, there was a couple snacks, one with a bunkbed being put together and then some drawers that wouldn’t fit back into the dressers. Tiffany sent Mike out and another service man and they did a great job. Second day. We found another snag and she sent Mike out again and he was awesome. He even brought in all the blinds that were delivered on our front porch for us and two split box springs took them upstairs for us. What an outstanding company and a group of wonderful, wonderful employeesF

It was so easy to schedule a Unit storage pod. I sold my home and had a 6 week gap before moving into my apartment. It was convenient to get and keep by my daughter's garage. I was working with a buyer who was purchasing a home that the sellers had one of UNITS storage containers at the home, and my buyer wanted to be certain the UNIT would be moved by her early 9am settlement time. When I called UNITS up what I thought would be after hours and I was sure I would probably get a voicemail, Danielle answered and was very kind and helpful and she made sure that the UNIT would be picked up in time. She also texted and followed up with me the next morning to let me know the driver was on his way to pick it up. She had excellent customer service and I’d recommend them! Thank you!!

Great experience. We rented two containers for one month. We were able to fit all of our contents in both containers. They moved both containers from our old house to our new house. Then they picked up the containers after we unloaded them at our new house. Danielle was easy to work with. She even corrected a small discrepancy. I highly recommend using Units.

We leased 12 Units for the Stewartstown Christmas Market and could not be more pleased with the entire process!The owner, JR, was a pleasure to work with. A well-known national competitor's customer service representative laughed when we inquired with them about using storage containers to host a Christmas market. JR, on the other hand, immediately set about seeing how he could make it happen. Our dealings with him proved him to be accessible, diligent, flexible, and honest.The Units themselves were weatherproof and solid. Vendors and customers alike marveled at how much more spacious the interior seemed than expected.We were continually impressed with the professionalism of the delivery and retrieval team who deftly arranged our Units and helped fine-tune the layout for our Christmas Vendor Village. They are competent and problem-solving.If JR and his crew can make it work for our unconventional use of his Units, imagine what he can do for you!

I found this company from a Google search over a year ago to move our home and business. They have a very impressive machine that’s is able to maneuver the storage units into tight spots. Both units got placed at our temporary residence /Driveway. Unfortunately Life got messy and we accidentally could not move into our new home….. but fortunately we were able to rent the storage units and keep them in our driveway. It was easy just to auto pay every single month with a very reasonable price. About a year our new home was finally ready, and I just contacted the company and they came and relocated the units once again. Easy-breezy!.Overall, I say to the company—Thank you so much, having these units and the convenience of paying, and working with you has been great. It has made the last year of a very messy lifestyle a little bit more convenient, which is very much appreciated.

I have used UNITS many times. They are worth every penny. The units are clean and water tight. They are able to drop them off anywhere I needed them. This was a huge plus to me! Turn around time was quick and easy. They also offered to store my stuff offsite until I was able to unload the unit. 100% will use them again.

Had to get a unit which seems like it is never fun. The delivery of the unit is one of the coolest things I've seen with a little robot jack. The unit itself is clean and spacious. Really awesome company and the people are so friendly. 10 out of 10. Will be using again in the future if needed.
