I had a lot of questions for Russell and he always took my calls, txt msgs and was prompt to assist while the other two nationally known lenders lagged or just did not return my calls. We closed on time and when the mobile Notary Public came over to our house for signing she said we got a really great rate, best she had seen. Her comment solidified my decision in giving West Coast Mortgage my business and I commended Russell for doing such a great job. I've purchased a few homes and have refi'd homes in the past and I can honestly say that my experience with Russell at WCMG has been the best. Excellent service provided by Senior Loans Officer, Dewa Dutt. He is very knowledgeable. Usually with other lenders you have to talk to different people from loan application until closing. But with Dewa he is available with you from application to funding. After the loan is funded he will give you a courtesy call to see if everything went well.
