I’ve been going to this gym since September and I’ve genuinely been so happy here. I attend the 6am Recomp class regularly, which is a weight training–based class, and it’s been a great fit for me. All of the instructors are truly top notch. They are knowledgeable, motivating, and attentive to form and progression.I really love the group setting and the strong sense of community. It’s motivating, welcoming, and makes it easy to stay consistent. I look forward to coming multiple times a week. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality coaching and a supportive environment.
