RHW installed a full system under the Eco4 grant for me. They were fantastic to deal with. The application to the council was the most tedious thing to deal with! But once it had been approved RHW were brilliant. The lads who did the install were considerate, neat and tidy in and around the house. Really pleased and this has completely changed my house. I upgraded by heat pump system and RHW advised me as to necessary capacities, the best system for my farm and then the performance of the installation.The old stone walls were 1100 mms thick but despite this RHW did not take short cuts (which would have meant the pipework was not concealed) and core drilled through the stone which took 2 working days.They were polite, courteous and totally p tryofessional in all aspects of the plumbing and electrical installation.The few minor outstanding snags were all attended to without quibble and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. From first contact with Owain to finished job, whole team, big thank you.After previous experience with a Master Therm ASHP which was unreliable and running up huge bills, (£475p/m) with poor after sales support, facing massive repair bill, took the plunge and replaced system.Advice on system etc was great, new system performance is brilliant.
