I had a rib that had been displaced during my recovery, Dr. Topher did a fantastic job to get my rib back in place and relieved me of serious daily pain. I also have Epilepsy, it was a severe seizure that had broken my back last April. After talking with Dr. Topher he told me about how chiropractic work has been successful in relieving and controlling seizure activity. At first I was very apprehensive, however Dr. Topher personally provided me with studies from patients where chiropractic work had helped to control seizures. At this point I was having a convulsive seizure every 10 days, with multiple smaller seizures in between. Medications had all failed to control my seizures and I was considering brain surgery. After my first adjustment to begin relieving pressure on my brain stem I saw a huge change in my symptoms, as I write this review I have now gone over 5 weeks with out any type of seizure activity. Dr. Topher, who is also trained in acupuncture, helped me when I was at the end of my pregnancy with my second baby. I was over due and his gentle intuitive chiropractic care helped to create the space and alignment in my spine to help ease my baby down into my pelvis so I could avoid medical induction. After my birth, I was having some pain and uncomfortability and he saw me again and helped shift everything back into more of a normal way after labor and birth. The receptionist even gladly held my baby for me! And even now, well after postpartum I go in and feel completely taken care of.
