We have 2 chimneys and our roof sloped into both, and the one chimney was leaking. They built crickets on both and the detail that our installer (Mike) did on our both chimneys was absolutely amazing. We had Eagle Eye Roofing come out initially to tarp a few areas where we lost shingles during very high winds. They were very responsive and came out on very short notice, thankfully since rain was in the forecast. The patches were very well done and we decided to go with Eagle Eye Roofing for our new roof installation. Two weeks ago, on a Sunday, while sitting watching television, my wife noticed a dripping from the living room ceiling. On Monday, I checked for local roofing contractors and found Eagle Eye Roofing. They responded quickly and the next day Jon was at the house, did a thorough inspection, and made an excellent presentation of what was needed and how they would meet those needs. His quote was very reasonable and the timeframe of doing the work in one day, within a week, was quite acceptable. His crew showed up early, promptly covered the area around the house, and proceeded to strip off the old shingles. In a very short time they had the roof down to the wood, repaired the damage areas with new lumber, and were ready to proceed with weatherproofing and other necessary prep work. The crew kept four men on the roof and one cleaning the overall area, working efficiently and quickly. By early afternoon they had completed the new shingles, installed the vent cap, and had the area cleaned so well that no signs of the overall work debris remained on the ground. Jon and Catherine kept us fully informed as to all aspects of the work in a friendly, professional manner. My wife and I are very pleasantly satisfied with the work performed by Eagle Eye Roofing. Eagle Eye was great! I was nervous because replacing a roof is such a big expense. My salesman, Jon, was professional, friendly,respectful and responsive. Whenever I contacted him, he got back to me really fast. The crew worked hard. They did a great job on the roof and cleaned up afterward. You couldn't tell they were there other than a gorgeous new roof! In addition they installed new shutters for me! The whole house looks great! The price was more than fair! I'm delighted!! Beautiful job, highly meticulous work, they actually did what they said they were going to do. Quality roofing contractor, protected our plantings and our lawn, nothing was damaged in any way. They added vents for our bathroom and kitchen fans where none existed to exhaust steam and fumes as that was originally exhausted into the attic. Eagle Eye Roofing has been one of the absolute best contractors I have ever known. This is saying a lot given that I used to be a cabinet contractor and have run across many. Joel has been stellar dealing with me and most importantly my mother. She is old and a bundle of nerves yet she loves Joel. The roofing crew was exceptional, quick and very courteous. ALL of the work debris was collected off the ground and hauled away. My mother's home was a bit complex to work on as there was water damage in the front wall of the home. Joel made certain this was fixed. He even fixed her soffit on the garage. I moved in with my mother just to get her house fixed up as she can't handle disruption and strangers very well. This could have easily gone sideways and Joel didn't let that happen. I will be doing more work with Eagle Eye and Joel. Less

Called them (spoke to Nick) and within a few hours Andrew had a crew to install a tarp on the roof to prevent any further damage; storms were forecast again that day. Continued to work with Andrew who was excellent in communicating with me about the schedule to get the roof replaced. Sent an excellent crew with Mike. I did a lot of research on roofers in the area had several come take a look at our home and and put together quotes. I had a 20+ year old roof that needed a tear-off / new roof. Eagle Eye Roofing stood out to me for a few reasons. The owner, Nick, came to our home to provide the quote. He went over their process step by step and made some suggestions on a few details we had not thought of. Nick answered all of my questions and got back to me when he said he would. Both phone and email communication was clear and quick. I actually had 2 other companies that were no call / no shows for the quote. And a 3rd that never returned my call for references. Nick made a suggestion on shingle brand but did not lock us into one. He more or less said if we had a preference he would work with us and that for the most part pricing would be similar across brands / lines of like quality. Eagle Eye has very competitive pricing. I actually ended up with a quote from another roofer using the same brand / line of shingles and Eagle Eye was 30% less. Nick provided references quickly. We took a drive to look at a roofs that were redone by Eagle Eye in the last few years. We were picking between 2 colors and wanted to see it them on homes. One of the home owners was outside as we oddly drove by and stared at their house. I rolled down the window and we talked for a minute. They had nothing but good things to say about Eagle Eye. The head of the roofing crew, Mike, was fantastic. Mike had to work around some heavy ran for a few days before they could get started. Communication was clear. You could tell Mike wanted to do a good job. He wanted us to be happy with it. He worked very hard to make sure that happened. The new roof looks fantastic. All around a good experience. I would not hesitate to use Eagle Eye again. After the roof was finished we had our gutters replaced (discussed ahead of time with Nick / Mike). This was not work done by Eagle Eye. We had some issues with the gutter company. They tore up some of the new drip edge installed by Eagle Eye and we wanted to make sure they did not damage the roof. I spoke with Nick and he had Mike come back out the following day. They confirmed everything was fixed, checked the new gutters while they were up there, and even cleaned up after the gutter company (lots of screws and debris) using their large magnet. I thanked Nick and offered to pay for the visit. It was not the fault of Eagle Eye but I wanted someone I trusted to make sure things were fixed / correctly done. Nick said it was not needed and they wanted to make sure I was happy with the quality of the roof and follow up. Less

In September, I called Nick and asked him to come give me an estimate on my roof. When he got here, he was very professional, climbed onto the roof and looked me dead in the eye and told me I didn't need a new roof. I had 5 or 10 years left on my roof in the condition it was in now. I was shocked that a contractor would turn down the money. I then asked him if they did doors and patio coverings. He said yes. I told him that he was a very honest guy and he was who I wanted doing my work because he was fair and honest. Due to weather and other issues, they could not start until November. They put a roof over my patio, new doors on the front and back of my house, replaced the boots on my roof, put a new chimney cap on and cleaned up after themselves every day they were here. The guys he sent out here were very professional and dedicated. They did everything asked of them with no complaints. They were even here till about 8 o'clock one night of their own accord. The finished product was more than I asked for. Professional, clean and knowledgeable employees. I fed them due to them working on the weekend since I didn't have a problem with it. First class work, amazing service, went beyond all my expectations. I contacted over a dozen roofers to repair tree damage to a roof of the house my 97 year old mother lives in. Nick, owner of EagleEye Roofing was one of the few who took the time to respond, I own a couple of properties, and this seems to be the norm for responses. He also had the shortest response time and followed up on all our communications himself. The crew he sent not only did first class work, but they were professional and corrected an existing problem that had been annoying me for years. Nick took the time to explain the difference in size between current shingles and the original ones, which is the level of communication his company has. Since mom lives in the house alone the crew took the time to notify her when they would arrive, so she was not caught off guard when they showed up. During their down time they removed the leaved off her porch and front yard, not once but twice. Nobody asked them to do this, it is just the character of the people EagleEye employs. Mom had nothing but wonderful things to say about everyone who went to the house. The work EagleEye did is flawless from matching the original shingles to painting the inside of the roof planks they replaced. Gutters are solid and for the first time in years function correctly.
