I have been a member of Tribe Strength and Fitness since August 2022. I walked in not knowing what to expect. I’ve only ever worked out at gyms that have cardio machines and dumbbells. The concept of an organized class with an attentive coach was foreign to me. I had never even touched a barbell before TSF. As a result, I had never seen results in my fitness. The coaches really take the time to consider your personal fitness level and your goals. They are able to challenge you in ways you didn’t think were achievable. They spend the time with you to be sure you understand the movements and give you cues and prompts so you feel confident during the workout. Since 2022, I’ve lost weight, gained muscle, run faster, have more endurance and actually enjoy working out. The TSF community is friendly, welcoming, encouraging, and of course, very fit! I highly recommend dropping in to see what TSF is all about. You can expect a really challenging workout, great coaches, good music, clean facilities, and a positive vibe.
