Alex reached out while I was still in my previous role and wasn't actually looking for a new position. I was happy where I was not knowing what was on the other side. After speaking for a while, he really opened my eyes on the potential I was missing out on. He really got to know me and just exactly what I wanted for my career. I was provided with several roles to choose from being able to Yay or Nay and shortlist my options to positions that I was looking forward to. Through the recruitment process I was essentially able to do one short interview for all the places I wanted to go forward with.
