After going into to details about my case they were finally able to get me a settlement, now it was long wait because of the other party not communicating back in a timely order but of course that would expected of them become they really don't have a good repore with former employers and lack of our (safety) and commitment to our jobs there was just appreciation and recognition for our time and effort we put in long hours and hostile and hazardous work environment having to deal with abusive customers, stuff being thrown at you, spit at. My case was finally being resolved, and after a long wait, I finally was able to get my workman's comp. I have to say that during this process, it was very frustrating because it took 6 months.
