Wonderful customer service typically starts with the frontline intake - Cynthia and Amber. Cynthia was going on leave but, the hand off to Amber had no bearing.I sent very little information which made me worried for my case. But, I just got a letter in the mail notifying me about the court case within 2 weeks. Unheard of with the pain and anguish I had to go through with these other bogus lawyers that kept me on the phone for 2 hours, made empty promises, or were too scary to be up against a GIANT. David made no complaints about Goliath in the bible. Wrong is wrong.My lawyer - Ryan Averbukh sounded pretty young on the phone and I was already starting to judge because these generations of tik tokers (probably couldn't survive a kindergarten beat down in a playground in the Bay) are special to say the least.First of all, let's talk about manners. They are a reflection of how your parents raised you; not just with your please or thank you. What I mean by that is with your follow through with promises. Saying busy can sound a bit rude to some people like me but if you follow it up by calling me back without me asking what the delay was, that means you actively listened the first time I called with a message or email I left. And yes, I am the type to leave a voicemail with reception, IG, intake, the last person that hit me on email...etc...lolCoupled with the details of explaining things to me a second, third, and fourth time shows patience; this time and age is far than lacking with what social media and online interactions allow. There is a very small group that know how to talk the talk online, but to walk the walk in person with conviction is a rare breed.Said all of that to say this firm is venerated, talks, backs it up, and walks the walk. Good job folks! Now to get the courts to comply with payouts...let us see. My patience is still pending with an ellipsis of three dots to continuation to the last promise pre-holidays! LOL Excellent team! Highly recommended to my close family, friends, trusted co-workers, and ohana!
