Hello there everyone I like to make a complaint against this company for the simple fact that I would’ve gave them maybe three or four stars but I’m giving Them are one rating because of rude case evaluator first of all, I have had a case with them already that’s been open since about last year and it was settled out, barely around July of this year, which obviously isn’t directly their fault based on the defense, I guess however the communication is terrible because they will literally have you set up the case and from that point on as far as updates, letting you know where they’re at with your case, you have to bug them in order for them to tell you, which is ridiculous. Not only just that, but the case evaluator copped an attitude with me just because they asked me a question and I answered it, and instead of allowing me to answer the question, they interrupted me, which was the first thing that got me annoyed, but then throughout the phone call the case evaluator Asked me if I contacted other law firms and I simply responded back with. Why would I do that if I have a case? Not to mention, you guys have literally been ghosting me, and not reaching back every time I’ve reached out I have called my attorney multiple times to make note of this to tell them that I wanted to open a new case with them. I understand that attorneys could be busy, but there’s no simple excuse for the fact that I call multiple days out of the week and different times of the day during normal business hours further to still not get back with me. Furthermore, he got upset when I told him if you want me to just go to another company I will and he said did I ever say that and I told him you basically implied it and he got quiet so I hung up the phone. I just wanna make this know in case anyone else has the same experience as me and I honestly could care less if they decide to retaliate because very honestly they’re slogan is a FU bully and they’re just as much as a bully as the company that you get hired from take your business elsewhere, especially if you already have a case don’t give them the benefit of the doubt to open a new one because they’re simply going to just do the same thing that they put you through the first time. Oh, also may have mentioned that I had a different Attorney from the beginning first case that I had and they decided to switch me over because that person was no longer with them, but I find that really weird given the fact that they could’ve reached out to let me know and instead my boyfriend got a random call of him being told that his you know attorney was switched by the new attorney and on the phone had given me the same conclusion however why what isn’t this notified instead of me being ghosted you know to find out three months later that I have a different attorney overall they’re not organized and they’re very unprofessional just because of the encounter that I’ve had and Being led on without any information.
