Unfortunately I was in a position where I had no other choice but to part ways with my LandRover. Sunday evening, I came across Franco’s website, Franco buys junk cars and reached out to him. Franco responded within minutes and made me an offer. Once I accepted his offer, he scheduled a pickup time for the next day. Franco arrived on time, was very professional and curteous. They were very professional and answered all my questions. The process was quick and easy. However, I realized that I had forgotten to remove my plates from the car. When I called Franco, he assured me that he would return them to me. I’ve been texting him about getting my plates back, as the car is still technically in my name, and I don’t have the title. This whole situation is new to me, and I noticed there is no address for him on the website. Lately, he has stopped responding to my texts. Additionally, the bill of sale he provided is only a copy and lacks any information about him.
