I m with Neon for more than a year now. Their customer support Mary is an amazing person who goes a long way to satisfy the clients and that’s my very personal experience. I was with POSH earlier and I left them as they wouldn’t care of customer’s availability or ease of schedule. Rather they were one of the worst customer services I ve ever come across.But Neon takes care of the client satisfaction. Thumbs up 👍At Neon their cleaning service is also 4.5 . I highly recommend Neon cleaning services.

It would have been good to take before and after pictures, but hindsight is 2020 unfortunately.The two ladies from Neon Cleaners, who came to clean were professional, knew what they were doing and completely understanding of our circumstances where we have ageing parents who just can’t maintain a clean house anymore and who have been burned with cleaners who show up, don’t clean and expect to get paid for it.I saw how coordinated and organized these two were. It put my mind at ease seeing them in action.

We have been getting Neon to clean our house no-weekly for about 6 months and are very happy with their service. We have a large 2500 square foot home and they clean the main and top floors fully each time. The price I provided includes taxes and I pay via my credit card which I find convenient. Mary is extremely responsive, open to feedback and manages scheduling change requests well. No other service has been as consistent on quality or reliable on service as Neon - highly recommend!!

Update: We hired Neon Cleaners again to refresh our home after we fell behind on our cleaning after a rough year. They did an amazing job, again! Thanks Pila and Angelica!We hired Neon Cleaners to do a move in/out clean at our recently purchased home. We knew it was messy/dirty, but we didn't realize just how bad. This place was a mess, and I don't just mean dust/hair/grease, there was build up in the cabinets and sinks and ledges. We felt legitimately uncomfortable and were very disappointed as it took a lot away from the new home experience.Mary and Beviana (I hope I spelled that right) cleaned the house from top to bottom, including cleaning out the fridge that was nothing short of disgusting. You could not put food in it. I wouldn't give it away for free. Mary cleaned it so well it was like a new fridge. They also cleaned up all the cabinets inside and out and we now feel comfortable putting our belongings in there!The price was reasonable (we happily upped it from the original quote due to the extent of the mess), organising over email was quick and easy (as someone who doesn't like talking on the phone), and the quality of the work was amazing.Thank you, Mary and Viviana, for making our house feel a bit more like a home!

I used Neon Cleaners to do the move in/move out cleaning. I was absolutely floored with the level of professionalism and care that their team showed to our place! The kitchen cabinets are looking brand new (even though it is an older kitchen that was heavily used before) and some of the stubborn stains were gone like they were not ever there. I am grateful that they made this place more welcoming and took away the headache of cleaning it all by myself on top of moving! I also contacted them afterwards to help with some additional cleaning and Mary was extremely nice and went above and beyond to clean something that was not even in the original scope of the package that was purchased. Definitely will be doing more business with Neon Cleaners.

The house cleaners were extremely rude and disrespectful, they rushed through my house and missed a bunch of areas they were supposed to clean. When I politely asked them to make sure they got those areas they gave me rude comments dirty looks bad attitude. I called the office to eventually complain the office manager ensured me they would do it the next time but the problem only got worse, the tension between myself and the cleaners became so bad that I felt uncomfortable in my own home and when I asked for different cleaners to come to my home they canceled my service. I hired this company because I have a ton of health issues from the car accident I was in and many of the house hold chores are very difficult for me to complete, I am currently waiting to have surgery on my shoulder that requires have a part of my first rib bone removed and muscle. I am also waiting to have surgery to have metal bars placed into my spine. The level of disrespect I have received from this company it disgusting. I would not recommend this cleaning service to anyone!
