I am grateful that they made this place more welcoming and took away the headache of cleaning it all by myself on top of moving! The house cleaners were extremely rude and disrespectful, they rushed through my house and missed a bunch of areas they were supposed to clean. I called the office to eventually complain the office manager ensured me they would do it the next time but the problem only got worse, the tension between myself and the cleaners became so bad that I felt uncomfortable in my own home and when I asked for different cleaners to come to my home they canceled my service. I hired this company because I have a ton of health issues from the car accident I was in and many of the house hold chores are very difficult for me to complete, I am currently waiting to have surgery on my shoulder that requires have a part of my first rib bone removed and muscle. I am also waiting to have surgery to have metal bars placed into my spine. The level of disrespect I have received from this company it disgusting. I would not recommend this cleaning service to anyone! Less

Overall, I give Neon Cleaners Inc 3.5/5. I had a move out deep clean done and everything, including the window sills, were cleaned. The entire job took about 5 hours for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with 2 cleaners. Their communication was excellent. They quickly sent over a quote and were able to answer any questions or make any changes that I requested. However, I am deducting 1.5 stars for a couple of things. They arrived 30min past the window they were supposed to arrive. I understand that traffic is unpredictable so I’m not faulting them for being late. They also had an issue with finding parking. I would suggest asking for any parking notes for future jobs so they know where they can park so it doesn’t cause any further delays. My main complaint, however, is that I was charged for services that I didn’t want. My original quote had included cleaning the interior of the oven, fridge and windows. I ended up requesting these services to be removed, which they were, and a new quote was sent that I ended up approving. However, after services were done, I found them on my invoice and voiced that they were supposed to be removed. They eventually apologized for the mistake but offered no solution or offered to take the charges off since the cleaners had already cleaned them. Despite these issues, they did do a good job and I would recommend their services, I would just make sure to confirm everything before the job Less

Mary’s crew always do a great job, and they seem to get along with our dogs which makes the process easier.

Moved into a new house that was left really filthy - the grease on the oven gave the whole house a terrible smell and the dishwasher smelled mouldy. There was thick dust on the baseboards and doorframes and pet hair everywhere. Mary & Agatha did the most outstanding job - the oven looks NEW and the smell is gone! Thank you!!!

We hired Neon Cleaners to do a move in/out clean at our recently purchased home. We knew it was messy/dirty, but we didn't realize just how bad. This place was a mess, and I don't just mean dust/hair/grease, there was build up in the cabinets and sinks and ledges. We felt legitimately uncomfortable and were very disappointed as it took a lot away from the new home experience. Mary and Beviana (I hope I spelled that right) cleaned the house from top to bottom, including cleaning out the fridge that was nothing short of disgusting. You could not put food in it. I wouldn't give it away for free. Mary cleaned it so well it was like a new fridge. They also cleaned up all the cabinets inside and out and we now feel comfortable putting our belongings in there! The price was reasonable (we happily upped it from the original quote due to the extent of the mess), organising over email was quick and easy (as someone who doesn't like talking on the phone), and the quality of the work was amazing. Mary and her colleague cleaned my son’s and daughter in law’s flat from top to bottom. They came in time and worked until the place was thoroughly washed, scrubbed and polished. I didn’t think it was possible to make their stove look brand new, but they did! My kids were thrilled with their bright and clean place.
