Dr Tyler is definitely knowledgeable and professional, as well as personable and relatable.He focused on my issue how it related to my daily life as well as the clinical side of things. The whole experience was off from the get go. I first was interviewed by someone on the phone that asked very personal questions. Then they make you pay a non refundable deposit down to make an appointment. When I arrived to my appointment there was a small waiting room and no clear direction if I should check in with some one or sit and wait. It was awkward and I stood there trying to figure out what to do. There was a girl folding towels with a computer in the next room. She nodded hello at me and continued to fold towels without asking me any questions. This made the interaction more uncomfortable. I approached her and asked if I needed to check in and explained it was my first time there. She told me to just sit and wait. She also pointed to the food and drinks if I wanted. The visit went OK. At the end of my of my visit I was given payment options and packages I could purchase. I wasn't given a clear picture on what to expect in visits. The conversation was more focused on added on services. I stated I wanted to go home and talk it over with my husband. I was then walked back to the girl folding towels and was told to make 4 appointments in advance even though I wasn't sure if I wanted to proceed with recommended treatment. I didnt feel like I was really being listened to in the appointment and being kind of pushed to make a appointments before deciding if I was going to proceed with care confirmed it wasnt a good fit. As soon as I walked out I felt like they were more concerned with filling their schedule than my actual health and well being. The pressure of feeling like I had a few days to decide to follow through with care or cancel was not something I anticipated going into this process. The next day I called and canceled all the appointments and have decided to look for care elsewhere.

How convenient that I met Michelle & Cameron Moore shortly after I fell off a ladder and dislocated my ankle. At the time, I was extremely limited in my motion and used an iWalk Hands Free Crutch to get around. Easy to use but I felt like a pirate with a peg leg so I was anxious to start walking again.During our first meeting, Michelle set up a detailed customized plan with measurable goals to track ankle flexibility and strength. She measured the flexibility of the ankle motion in every direction, then tracked it over time. She gave me the necessary ankle exercises that strengthened me at the extremes of my range of motion.Gradually, over time, my dorsiflexion improved on its way back to full range (if you know you know). Through a regular written plan, supplemented with apps, videos, and recommended exercise tools, I'm happy to say that I'm nearly 100%. I'm back to hiking 8 to 9 miles at a time on difficult trails and, sometimes, the good ankle hurts before my repaired one so I'm taking that as a good sign.Thank you Michelle for your expertise and guidance. I could not have done it without you!

Update: Just saw Dr. Cameron since Dr. Kelsey was out of town. He was very thorough throughout the entire process, and I honestly can't believe I didnt come to this place sooner. 3 different PT places, and I finally found a good place on the 4th try.Dr. Kelsey has been great so far! She's very knowledgeable and is great at communicating what treatment/protocol she's doing and why. You get one on one time with an experienced pt, and I feel better every time I leave the clinic. She's also very good when it comes to sending me emails post each visit with exercises to do for that week. I'm so glad that such a good pt place exists here in the West valley!

I was going to go here despite insurance not being accepted. I felt pressure on the phone to secure an appointment and asked to give $25 as a deposit because they were booked a few weeks out. I canceled within 24 hours after finding a PT location that does take insurance and was informed my deposit cannot be returned. I don't like how my discomfort was used as a tool to get me to commit to the appointment that I can cancel if I change my mind, but it was not mentioned that the $25 is theirs to keep. It feels shady..

I have just begun to work with Dr Kelsey Houston. Thus far it has been a very positive experience. She has been very helpful with helping me to rehabilitate my knees. She has paid more attention to detail when assessing and takes a more well-rounded approach that addresses not only the knee but surrounding muscles and ligaments that may contribute to my discomfort. I am confident that my goal of completing a half marathon in the near future will happen with the expertise and professionalism of Dr Houston and Continuous Motion Physical Therapy.

Happy New Year’s do something for yourselves ladies! Taylor is a pelvic floor therapist that can help you stop leaking! She is amazing and a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Pelvic Health Specialist. I am 68yrs old and I was tired of leaking when I exercised everyday. I started working with Taylor about 30 days ago and have been doing exercises, and received shockwave therapy x2 and laser therapy x2. And for 10 days I didn’t leak urine when I exercised and that is so awesome!! What a great feeling that is. I received another treatment today of shockwave and laser therapy so I am hoping not to leak long this time! So ladies do something for yourself and please give this a try. Cindy

I can’t recommend Continuous Motion Physical Therapy enough. After medical complications left me at my weakest—barely able to walk and struggling to get up and down from the floor—I began working with Michelle. She completed a thorough assessment, developed a clear plan, and I noticed significant improvements after just a few sessions.As new aches or pains came up with workouts, Michelle was quick to assess them and adjust my program so issues were addressed early. She also helped me focus on building strength ahead of a planned surgery and created a thoughtful post-op plan to prepare me for getting back to the gym.I’ve been to other physical therapy offices, and CMPT is far superior. The care is truly individualized, and it’s clear that every physical therapist there is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. I would highly recommend CMPT.

I love continuous motion PT. Everyone is very kind and welcoming. I love that they have snacks and water. My husband and I went here for various pain issues and Dr. Kelsey Houston helped us both and we are pain free now. I also love that they are very accommodating with appointments. Sometimes I would get a random day off or ask to come in earlier and she can usually fit me in. I definitely would reccomend this office to anyone needing PT.

I had been in an agonizing hip and leg pain on and off for about 4 years since giving birth to my son until one day this year I felt it was hard to walk around normally so I contacted them. Dr. Taylor had been so sweet and guided me through the therapy. I didn't know that all the pain were cause from the weaken of muscles and she taught me how to strengthen them while help me release the tension every visit. She also did cupping and dry needle for me. I like cupping more.Some visits, I had to take my kid with me and she and the staff had been nice and accommodating. My son likes it here.It has been months since I completed the sessions and I'm almost 100% pain-free. Some day when I feel uncomfortable, I just get back to move my body more the ways Dr. Taylor guided and I feel better in no time.

Dr.Kelsey is amazing. Been to a couple different PTs for my partial torn Achilles. Within the first two sessions I saw serious results with my injury. She has given me different exercises that worked for me that I have received at other places. Additionally she helped give me relief from a different old injury and when I came In with a new shoulder injury, I got over the weekend she was able to look at that as well as my ankle. It’s really great being able to see someone that can take the time to work with multiple injuries And not be limited to one injury because of what a prescription/Insurance dictates. Dr.Kelsey works wonders.
