It was really hard to find a inspector that would be approved by our builder. But luckily Greenwood property inspection had the required insurance coverage. I'm so thankful for this home inspection because it stopped me from buying a house that had foundation issues, roof issues, HVAC issues. Issues. The foundation issues would not be able to be fixed and this was a brand new home so they were trying to persuade us to forgo a home inspection and just rely on the warranty.
