Additionally, her demeanor was less than professional. She made a few sly remarks during the procedure that felt entirely unnecessary and inappropriate. When I had concerns about swelling in my eye after the treatment, I tried to follow up, and she promised to call me but never did. This lack of follow-through and communication was incredibly frustrating, leaving me feeling unheard and unsupported. Furthermore, the evident inconsistency and miscommunication between Patty and the aesthetician Liz were alarming. It became apparent that there was a lack of coordination and synergy within the med spa team, leading to confusion and uncertainty regarding the treatment process. Such disorganization reflects poorly on the professionalism and competence of the entire establishment. I strongly advise against seeking any treatments from Patty. Advatx Laser 4 treatments for $1500 The girl who does laser treatment has no idea what she is doing. Their service is terrible and Advatx laser won’t do anything. Also they are not nice for Asian.
