Oakton Strength Systems has been fantastic, and I feel incredibly lucky to be training with Jack. He is knowledgeable, motivating, and extremely attentive to technique. I’ve gained so much strength in a relatively short time — including hitting a 200 lb deadlift (which at 5 feet tall is a big lift!) — and I’ve never had this much definition in my arms and legs.What really sets Jack apart is how thoughtfully he adapts training. I have hypermobility and some knee, hip, back, and shoulder issues, and he consistently adjusts exercises and programs accessory work to improve my form while keeping me training safely. He’s also great at making strength training feel approachable and confidence-building, regardless of your starting point.If you want smart coaching, real strength gains, and a trainer who truly pays attention to your body, I can’t recommend Jack and Oakton Strength Systems enough.
