I hired Melissa to work with an older adult client who was reluctantly downsizing, moving from his house of more than 30 years to a two-bedroom apartment. The task felt insurmountable to him, and Melissa and her team's sensitivity and care to his needs was exceptional. They made suggestions regarding items to move, replace, or declutter but always ensured that my client felt the agency to make the decision best for him. Melissa coordinated all elements of the process - from packing, arranging the installation of a banister in the new home, hiring and overseeing the movers, unpacking and organizing the new space, purchasing organizational items, hanging pictures, and researching and recommending new furniture.
