She is full of creative ideas that I would have never thought of that make the space look tidy and neat all while having both girl and boy toys stored throughout. Her attention to detail is definitely one of her strengths. If a break is needed, it should be accounted for appropriately. We discussed the total hours before the work concluded but she still billed for the lunch break, after I flagged it I brought it to her attention and reimbursed me.My recommendation for future clients: carefully review the invoice and confirm the billing for breaks before or during the service. This may sound corny but I couldn’t have done it without Melissa. I foster kittens and work from home and the closet in my office/foster room is constantly a mess. I clean it out a couple times a year and it just never works and goes back to being a mess by the next time I foster.
