We are a group of guides that always take a few days at the end of the season to relax and spend some time fishing together. Three Mile Lodge was perfect for our group, and we definitely be back next year!

This was our 3rd stay at 3-Mile main lodge and will book return reservations for next fall. The lodge is perfect for our group of six and has easy access to all the Bighorn access sites. We like the spacious dinning and lounge area to spread out and relax. The kitchen is set up with every utensil, serving dishes, plates, flatware, and cookware piece you could imagine.Two refrigerators allows us to put beverages in one and food in another and make sure the settings aren't set to cold for produce. The Lodge was very clean and beds comfortable. Although there is only one shower, we have adapted and it works well for our group.

Three Mile Lodge is a great place to stay! The owners were great to work with and booking was simple. I appreciate the space that the main lodge offers, especially the large kitchen and living room. I’d definitely book it again.

Lodge was great with everything you need! From grilling to stove top cooking on an awesome gas stove.They have a big fenced in area for your pet. Front of lodge parking made it easy to unload and load. The entry room was great for storing rods and gear to get ready for the water. Rooms were spacious. Definitely would return again!

We had a great time staying at "The Cabin". Two of us were fishing and one was working. We only had time for two nights (I would recommend more), but we made the most of them. The internet was great for the worker among us, and the property was a beautiful and peaceful place to spend time at. Tons of wildlife from bear, deer and antelope to turkey, pheasant and crane and a crazy amount of different bird species you woke up hearing every morning. And then of course the fishing! Floating that river is unlike anything I've ever encountered. Beautiful stretch of river. The amount of fish in there and their size is off the charts! I've never had so many big fish on my line before. Thanks Jade for making this such an amazing experience, you have a great place there!Nick Bencke

This is a perfect place to stay for a group of friends or family. It has plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the billiards room. The kitchen was great to be able to cook our own meals. It is also pet friendly which was a major factor in our decision to stay here. It has a convenient dog door with a fenced yard. We stayed in the summer, so the air conditioning was amazing. Overall, a great place to stay.

Love coming to camp here, with having full hookups for our camper and WiFi it is more like glamping. Great place for family get togethers and the main lodge has space to eat and gather. Will continue to come back every year.

I stayed in one of the three RV sites. Make sure you have ample water hose, extension cord and sewer hose as the connections are a bit different than one might expect. Off the beaten path and peaceful. Fishing, hunting, or just getting away - Three Mile Lodge would be a welcome retreat.

We have been staying at the cabin at the lodge for several years now and find the accommodations quite agreeable. The cabin is well appointed with a full kitchen and bath and can handle 3 persons quite easily.

Three Mile Lodge was a great experience for our fishing adventure! It was conveniently located just a couple of minutes from Fort Smith, and access to the Bighorn River. The accommodations were clean and all as advertised. One bonus was the scenery and wildlife were amazing!! Watched deer roam by and listened to Sandhill Cranes while we hung out on the porch. Would recommend to anyone who is heading fishing at the Bighorn.

This stay was an absolute AMAZING time. Charlie took the time to give me updates on bugs we needed and how the river was fishing. He also helped a ton with all the check in process and all that. Amazing amazing amazing. Will most definitely be back next year for our annual big horn trip! Highly recommended! Also, these guys get back to you right away! Private, yet close to everything in Fort Smith! The cottages at Three Mile Lodge are nested just off a back road in the heart of Fort Smith. I came for the hiking and scenery but enjoyed watching the Fishermen on the Big Horn River, just right down the road we were on. The drive itself along the river was beautiful. We also drove across the mountain to BigHorn Lake and were rewarded with a myriad of wildlife, including turkeys, deer, wild horses, beautiful magpies and hawks....and adorable calves casually grazing right next to the road. The lodge itself was just perfect with a kitchenette (no oven or stove but there was a two burner tabletop stove that worked great! ), a mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot, two comfy beds , a big couch and a beautiful bathroom with great water pressure. I love that it was dog friendly and enjoyed letting my pups out in the yard to play. I also watched the Lyrid meteor shower right from the porch! The hosts were friendly and always available. The only issue I had was working the combination lock on the door and they responded immediately when I called. I would definitely stay again and recommend Three Mile Lodge whole heartedly. There is a larger cabin, two small cabins, four cottages and they also appear to have RV hookup sites. It's far less congested than the next site, about half a mile down the road. I thought it was the perfect getaway!
