Mike and his crew did an amazing job on our complete renovation last year. The house was built in 1978 & needed a ton of work. We raised the ceiling, relocated duct work, removed walls & closets. Mike and his guys were easy to work with, did not get stressed—even though I changed my mind on several things —no problem. I did a large remodel with MT Renovations. They took out walls to enlarge living/dining area, removed carpet and tile and added new flooring, and painted cabinets throughout. MT Renovations has done wonderful work in my home! We used them for a large remodel of the old, makeshift sunroom in our home into a beautiful, useful, open sunroom. The next year they did a complete remodel of a decades old master bath into a beautiful, modern master bath. I liked them so well that I recommended my daughter use them in her bathroom remodel. She was very pleased. I like working with these guys for many reasons but these are the big three: 1) I trust the men Mike uses to come in my home and treat it with respect. Mike would never use anyone that he wouldn’t have work in his own home. 2) Mike or his project manager always responded to any concern I had quickly - I am realistic about the problems that can come up in a remodel working with sub- contractors. But Mike and his team listened patiently and worked to sort out the issue. I was always pleased. 3) Mike was realistic with the budget and we came in pretty darn close on both projects.
