I had an amazing experience with the football fitness program. Prior to the programme I was having trouble with niggling injuries for example hip back and groin tightness. I was also aiming to drop a few kg and increase my mobility and stamina. The app itself was really user friendly and I had regular check ins and support from Gaz who was a great help. The app was also integrated with my fitness pal and really helped me track and understand what I was eating and what macros I should be hitting to be at peak performance levels on training days and match days. I'm really delighted with the results during and post program. I lost approx 4 kilos while increasing my lifting strength week on week. I'm now having no problems with my hip, back or groin. Can't recommend highly enough! I had a goal of dropping 5kg over an 8-12 week period... Gary helped me understand (from both an exercise and nutritional standpoint) what needed to be done while also keeping it simple! At the end of the program, I'd lost 7kg down and felt stronger than I can remember.

Best around. I hadn’t been training properly or looking after myself since I had my son 2 years ago but Gary made the program so easy to follow, stick to the diet and workouts that had me drop 7kg and feel the strongest I’ve been in years.

He has given me programs to do that are challenging, and will have me in decent nick when given the all clear to return to training. He did some testing with me on the pitch and in the gym, put a detailed program in place based around my work/football schedule and he has had me injury free for 9 months now.
