I took my toddler for her first ever dental appointment and could not be happier with how it went. Normally she is shy and scared of new people, but as soon as we were called back the hygienist (miss Kassidy ❤️) made her feel right at ease. My three year-old son had the best ever experience at the dentist today. We were welcome by the ladies at the front desk with a smile. When our dental hygienist, Kassidy, called us back she made my son feel comfortable. She was able to make the process fun. She did a wonderful job making my son feel comfortable and being patient with him as he tried new things; e.g., X-rays, electric toothbrush, and flossing. On the way to iGrin, my 9 year old daughter said that she was scared to go to the dentist. She always is. Believe it or not when we were leaving the dentist she said “I don’t want to leave.” It was all because of the Dental Hygienist, Kassidy. Kassidy was amazing from start to finish.
