want to share my experience because I honestly did not feel comfortable with the customer service I received. The person who assisted me had an unfriendly and unprofessional attitude. From the beginning, I was given one price for the glasses, and later the amount kept changing several times, always increasing the amount I had to pay.In the end, I was charged a different amount than what I had originally been told, and even though I had a receipt showing a specific remaining balance, a much higher amount was debited from my card. I believe this was incorrect and very disorganized.As a customer, I expect clarity, respect, and transparency, especially when it comes to insurance and payments. I truly hope they improve their customer service and the way they handle charges, because this was a very unpleasant experience.
