I left a 5 star review initially when I first started. Now that I’ve been attending class at JCCF for a few months, I wish there were an option for more stars! Positivity is off the charts, love the classes, LOVE the coaches. I will keep coming back!

Johnson city CrossFit ain’t no joke, Phil and Tricia have created such an amazing challenging environment for the community and going from pure stength training classes to over all CrossFit which incorporates strength training and cardio , definitely has improved my health in so many ways. Not only is it a challenging environment but each and everyone of the coaches obtain high knowledge and they will verify and confirm you are doing the proper form and techniques to improve endurance. If you want to invest in your life this is the way to go. After my first drop in I immediately became a member.

New to the area and found a great group of coaches to continue CrossFit. The gym has all of the equipment you need to include rope climbs. Prices are very fair and the team is responsive if there are changes to the schedule. Drop-ins are warmly welcomed!

Joining Johnson City CrossFit has been absolutely amazing. The coaches are knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, they see your potential and work very hard with you to achieve your goals. They are more than willing to work with each and everyone with whatever they may personally need. I appreciate the environment at the gym, everyone is willing to help whether they are are seasoned in CrossFit or a beginner. I have been looking for a gym like this for a while and I have finally found a community that I can be myself, show my struggles but get the motivation and push i truly need. I have attended 10Classes and have already felt and seen progress. I look forward to every class I am able to attend. I appreciate the variety of class options they offer but also nutrition plans. This has shown me not only do they care when I show up to classes but also want me to be successful when I am not in the gym as well. They want to see progress as much as I do. Their app makes it very easy to track your progress and reserve classes. Best decision I made joining this gym, I am very excited to continue my CrossFit journey. Thank you for offering your community these opportunities.

Great coaches and great community to be a part of. Phil and Tricia have helped me so much in the past year, achieving new skills like Muscle Ups and Double Unders at 40 years old and also getting my body back to where I want it. Improved mobility, strength and flexibility not to mention since March ‘24 I’m currently down 25 lbs overall ( + 6 lbs muscle mass), decreased my body fat by 12 % and just overall improved health. They also do nutrition coaching, challenges and the community is a great one to be a part of. Highly recommend checking them out!
