They offer Sunday classes if that fits your schedule.The space is cozy!! Think of the XX commercials: when they say 15 members / class max…. They mean it!! 🤣The community was very welcoming and the workout was challenging!!

Johnson city CrossFit ain’t no joke, Phil and Tricia have created such an amazing challenging environment for the community and going from pure stength training classes to over all CrossFit which incorporates strength training and cardio , definitely has improved my health in so many ways. Not only is it a challenging environment but each and everyone of the coaches obtain high knowledge and they will verify and confirm you are doing the proper form and techniques to improve endurance. If you want to invest in your life this is the way to go. After my first drop in I immediately became a member.

All the coaches are amazing! This class keeps my mental health in check and I’ve become so strong and have pushed my 42 year old body farther than I thought it could go! Amazing coaches, amazing workout buddies and an amazing workout family!

I’ve been going to this gym for 3 months now — the workouts are balanced and challenging. The owners (coaches), Phil and Tricia, are very helpful and welcoming — have definitely helped me with getting back into these movements. Feeling stronger and better 💪 enjoying it!
