The price increased 177% for the same exact job (unclogging an AC drain line) at the same location within 11 MONTHS since it was done last and took maybe 35 minutes. Was a returning customer, but highly doubtful now due to the outrageous price hike. Yes, inflation and costs go up, but this is egregious for a simple task done twice in less than a year.

To my delight, they told me that they could install a brand new system that Sunday! They came out and installed the new system, including replacement of the refrigerant and condensate piping. Our AC was out for a second time within a week because the first contractors that came out, botched the job. Alex the owner took the time and the effort to deal with the insurance company to expedite our claim and expedite getting the part after learning that my 1 yr old baby was sick. The technicians who came out (Josh and Mathew) were super professional and diagnosed and fixed the problem within 24 hours. I honestly can not sing their praises enough. Simply put Stephen gave the best customer service my family and I have ever received when dealing with maintenance toward our home. (Regardless of him being a Red Sox fan).
