When our old A/C unit started blowing warm air, they came out within an hour and quickly diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately, the compressor was shot, which was not a big surprise as the system was over 15 years old. They explained the different options to me, but since the system was older, I decided to replace the entire system rather than just the compressor. Of course, this happened at the end of the day on a Friday, and since it's a busy time of year for A/C companies, I was expecting several days of suffering before a new system could be installed. To my delight, they told me that they could install a brand new system that Sunday! They came out and installed the new system, including replacement of the refrigerant and condensate piping. As usual, they were on time, extremely professional, and reasonably priced, especially for weekend work. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any A/C service or installation! Less

I had a wonderful experience with Alex today when my air conditioning "i thought" was not operating correctly, I called this company on a Sunday and they came out first thing Monday morning to fix my issue as the issue was not in immediate danger. In any event, Alex found an issue and fixed it right then an there, it is now working wonderfully and I have NO issues. I am going to even install a new system next year since the one I have is overdue. I will be calling Alex for the installation because I felt he was knowledgeable and professional and knew what he was doing. Alex called me after business hours the first day to ensure the house wasn't too cold to wait until morning to come fix our unit. He arrived early the next day and was professional and courteous. When it was determined that our unit was still under manufacturer warranty, Alex went out of his way to work with both the manufacturer and our home warranty company to ensure the heat was fixed as soon as possible. Even though we ran into bureaucratic issues with both warranty companies, Alex stayed on task and worked through the difficulties to ensure we were taken care of as soon as possible.
