Hands down Kaupo is the best tile professional I have ever worked with. He was friendly, very responsive, listened to my wants, and his attention to detail was above my expectations. Chaz, his employee is highly regarded as well. I will use Kaupo again for future tile projects. His knowledge and experience in tile is very apparent from how he laid out the tile pattern, designed the niche, and detail of tile pieces around or in tough spots. Not to mention the project was finished on time and worked with with the other sub contractors on the project. It was great to get to know two truly good humans in the process as well.
