If you want a great workout and lose weight fast CKS training is the place to be. CK knows how to push you to get it done. The workouts are challenging and you may swear at him but I promise when you walk out that door you’ll feel amazing. I just finished the 6 week challenge lost 11lbs, 3.6 inches off my waist and 5.5% body fat. I loved it so much I signed up for another 6 months.
