We had our son's 8th birthday party here on Saturday we paid extra to upgrade our weapons, later on in the arena, we were told we were not allowed to use automatic weapons which we paid extra to upgrade to and was their weapons which we paid extra to upgrade to they told us That we could not use them on a Saturday. I was a little irritated because we were having a hard time finding a weapon that my son could use properly he is eight-year-old and it’s his birthday so we wanted him to feel special and cater to, but yet we cannot find a weapon that he was able to use easily. One of the staff members proceeded To argue with me She said it was all over their website stating that they do not allow automatic weapons on Saturdays she specified that they only allow automatic weapons on specific days but when we paid to upgrade it, they didn’t, tell us anything about specific weapons that we can and can not Upgrade to I also was a little irritated because when they were in the arena, the girl who was hosting the shootouts, she kept insisting that the kids were shooting their guns while she was talking and she continue to waste time continuously saying” when you guys are done talking and done shooting your guns I will continue- again wasting time! time I paid for for the KIDS who are excited to just shoot Nerf gun! then you’re only allowed to order pizza through them which they order ahead of time and they receive it more then likely a hour before we were able to go into the room so by time you get into the room to eat the pizza it was cold and dry! Overall, it was a horrible experience. I definitely would not recommend doing a birthday party here.

Refs could use training on how to speak to people in a nice manner, their tone at times was just plain rude. I believe that anything more than 40 people in each arena (20 per team) is way to many people as it becomes extremely overcrowded which takes away from the customers experience and doesn’t make the price worth it. The owner will probably leave a comment saying he disagrees with everything I’m saying but as someone who has been at his location many times my experience is valid and correct. My comments are being made as constructive criticism because this place is an awesome idea, it could just be operated more successfully in my opinion. (To the owner: don’t be rude to people leaving you negative feedback, use it to grow… buddy❤️)

3rd year doing a birthday party at DW, first time at this location. It's a kids birthday and I paid around $600+. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Staff was rude, yelling at kids, actually telling them "don't make my life more miserable than it is", not a single staff member smiled at the kids once, no one seemed happy or even gave the impression that there was a birthday happening. Blasters constantly jammed. They told me I wasn't allowed to add an extra pizza to the order when we arrived. Later they told me they never ordered the pizza for our party so we had to wait an extra half hour after the party was over. I had called in advance to see if this location had a little kids play area like north for parents with younger kids. They told me yes. I told 2 parents their 3 year olds could play there while older siblings played darts. We get there and it's 3 baby games attached to the wall in the hallway. Not a play area at all.

My son had a birthday party here & it was okay but the staff were like really controlling. The girl inside the game room kept getting flustered while trying to give directions and was somewhat rude to the kids in my son's party. I was annoyed with the staff because there were 4 of them in our party room but they weren't actually doing much besides telling me I couldn't get a slice of my own pizza that I bought. They rushed us out as well. A staff kid came up to me twice saying we just had a few more minutes, I was like okay well make an announcement to everyone in the party, why are you telling me that? Definitely would not do another party here. I was rather irritated by the end of it.

Boys had fun. Paid 65 including gun rental. Both guns repeatedly jammed and they were told their session was over after about 20 minutes. Supposed to be an hour and kid behind the counter played dumb when I told him. Poor management. The kids can be taught. Look at chik fil an and in and out.
