Been there a couple of times. First one was for a battery replacement on a Samsung phone. Everything went smooth and just as promised. The second time was a little more involved and the person I dealt with there was extremely knowledgeable. We worked on it together for quite a while before finally coming to the realization it was the carrier's problem. No charge for the time and effort. Have referred several others for service. I took my laptop here after I cracked my screen and the display wasn’t working. I called them up, they got me in that day, ordered the new part, and everything was all said and done within a day or two. The cost wasn’t bad and they were very kind and professional. Totally recommend. Less
