We only agreed to use Fullscale Digital for marketing and their booking assistant feature because a friend with a similar business to our own used their service. We have never outsourced social media advertising before but honestly, we have never looked back. The 15 minute pre-appointment consultation that they provide on behalf of our business is professional but at the same time informal. Customers feel at ease talking to our booking assistant and we feel this call is invaluable to our way of securing sales. The initial contact with our prospective clients are handled with care and are just forceful enough to get the correct information every time regarding timescales, budgets, wants and needs. This also saves valuable minutes on site when we finally arrive on our design appointment. I have been amazed at how seamless the whole process is.
