Initially responsive, said they liked our project so we paid for a budget estimate to be done. After that we sought an update on the timeline for design and construction. They strung us along for a further 3 months and then informed us that timeframes had blown out by 12+ months and without giving us the opportunity to respond they gave us the flick by email! They took on our project with enthusiasm and consulted with us continously during the build over the smallest considerations to the largest. The team's communication was exceptional and Will would often respond out of hours and on weekends to answer any queries. We even had staff up on the Davies office roof on a frosty winter morning comparing colour swatches to ensure we made the right decision in the selection of materials!!
