We have been coming to this restaurant since they opened. Never had a problem. It has always been a favorite. But things changed when we were there Sunday, November 24th, 2024. We ordered a large pizza, cauliflower wings and several beers. Our pizza was awesome, but the cauliflower wings came out cold. They were terrible. We told the young waitress wearing a face mask about it. We fully expected to be offered another that would come out hot or for it to be taken off our bill or at least they were sorry. None of the above happened, I don't believe she said anything to anybody about the problem just blew us off. So when the bill came, we thought it was only fair that the price of those nasty cauliflower wings would take the place of their tip. We did leave the change brought back to us. What does the young gentleman server do. Chased us out the restaurant and acted like an ass. Handed the change back to us and said we left something. When we refused to take it, the young man put it on the concrete in the doorway. All they had to do was act as if they cared at all. Oh, we were there the day before this and the 2 girls behind the bar wear putting on makeup, while we were sitting there with empty beer glasses and looked like they were laughing at us. Pésimo servicio de la gente que tienen en barra. Una lástima que tan buen lugar con tan buena cerveza lo tiren a la basura su personal. URGE CAPACITACIÓN Y SERVICIO AL CLIENTE. Uno pide que le pongan un partido de la NFL siendo que nadie está viendo la televisión y no me lo quisieron poner, además parece que les hablas en chino. Visitamos el Granero seguido, y regularmente el servicio no es de lo mejor, pero nos gusta que el lugar es cómodo, tiene buena comida y cerveza! Pero esta ocasión recibimos un trato despota de la 'encargada' que al mismo tiempo atiende el bar en 2 ocasiones al solicitarle cierta programación deportiva en la TV. Nos incomodo tanto, al extremo de levantarnos de la mesa sin terminar los alimentos. Esperamos poder ayudar a mejorar su servicio un poco!!
