I have been at Solution 1 CrossFit for about 2 years and I love going there for my workouts. There are different classes with various workouts for each person to choose. The coaches are friendly and helpful along with the fun people that workout in different groups.In the short 2 years this place has helped me get stronger and more fit than I have been in a long time.I highly recommend this place!

Bianca, the owner, is awesome and Preston is a great coach! The members were awesome as well! Very hospitable people and great wods! Felt like home!

Solution 1 CrossFit is the best, just get on in here! My husband and I visited once and then joined together about four months ago. We couldn’t be more pleased with our progress and the encouraging environment! We’ve both gained measurable muscle, lost body fat and are feeling noticeably healthier and more fit than we have in years. S1 is such a welcoming community for folks of every level in their fitness journey with fantastic knowledgeable coaches. This gym offers reasonable pricing and is very well equipped with tons of space! Their unique LEANFIT class is popular and our favorite and of course their CrossFit classes are top knotch.
