Robert was amazing, and did a very thorough job. The online system for booking is horrible though and even though it asks if you xyz home feature so that I assumed it would include the upcharge (or someone would call and do that..), nothing happened. So you are stuck with charges when they show up. Beware of this.

During the inspection, he called to inform me that I was missing signatures and I told him I had already signed the inspection agreement, he snapped at me and told me that I had not and that if I didn't sign immediately he would delay my inspection report, then hung up abruptly. Turns out I had signed the master agreement but not the two sub agreements for pool and sewer inspections. I didn't realize there were multiple agreements and Arven did not explain this. He just needs to be a little more understanding and helpful, instead of hostile and rude. Less

Rating: 0. Owner Scott is Extremely Unprofessional and assumes the outcome of a conversation. I have used them and recommended them several times, but never again. I'm embarrassed by his behavior since I recommended to others. Unbelievably rude.
