This was a prebuy home inspection, but that option wasn't listed in this review site . I was more than impressed with the detail and additional info that the report provided. I was expecting that my realtor had chosen an overpriced cimpany, but I was wrong. I got more than my money's worth!

I had to have a 4 point inspection on two rental properties for insurance purposes. Scott knew exactly what I needed. The cost was low per door, he was timely in his response and the reports were thorough. He was on time to our appointment and he came prepared, even with a drone for the roof footage. He was very courteous to me and my tenants and didn't inconvenience them. My reports came through the next day with photos and recommendations. I would recommend Scott and his company any time.

Scott was very thorough and gave a lot of good inputs. He is professional in giving me additional support/answers after my inspection has already been completed. I did additional services for pool and sewage inspection. I would recommend.
