I have never been the type of person to write reviews, but after my recent visit, I felt that my dentist truly deserves one.She is Dr. Fatima Shah.As a senior I can honestly say that i have never been happier or more satisfied with my dental care. She is kind, patient, meticulous and a true perfectionist in the best possible way. What i appreciate most is that she never rushes. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers my questions and makes sure I understand what needs to be done before proceeding.You can really tell that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her patients.I left the clinic feeling confident, comfortable and very satisfied with the results. I was disappointed with my recent experience at this clinic. We have been patients here for over a year and have had regular cleanings and even a root canal done, so we trusted their service.During our latest visit, the receptionist never informed us that our CDCP coverage would only cover 40% of the treatment. We only found out after the cleaning was completed, when we were told we had to pay the remaining 60% out of pocket.My concern isn’t about having to pay, it’s that we were never informed of the cost beforehand or given the opportunity to decide whether to proceed. Patients deserve to know their coverage and any out of pocket expenses before treatment begins.I hope the clinic improves its communication and ensures that future patients are fully informed before any procedure is performed.

Me and my wife been there for a dental cleaning. Sharlene and Maria at reception made the whole process easy from booking the appointment to getting everything done. We have a 2 months old and we were doubtful if the clinic would be able to accommodate her but they helped us with our baby and took care of her while we were getting our procedures done. Dr Fatimah shah did a great work on assessing my teeth. She went through the whole x-ray process and took pictures after which she walked me through the condition of my teeth and explained everything that was needed to be done. She also filled the cavities while I was there which was quick and painless. The dental hygienist was great as well. She explained the process throughout which made it easy and quick. She also communicated with us about the after care. Overall everyone there went above and beyond for us and we really appreciate it! Thankyou Sharlene and Maria once again.P.s.
