I would like to share my experience with PL dental. I had wisdom tooth extraction. My appointment was on time. It was smooth and quick. Great staff and doctors. I highly recommend.

The cleaning was great and going back to get my teeth filled I was very nervous but the dentist talked me through it. The front desk receptionist is very nice and polite.

I have been coming to this dentist for a few years and unfortunately my last 2 visits have left me deciding never to come back. I went in two weeks ago for a routine cleaning. Came in 2 weeks later (yesterday), and a different dentist (Vinay Panchal) told me I in fact did have a cavity. I asked why the other dentist didn’t tell me that and he said he must have missed it… Immediate red flag to throw your colleague under the bus and how does a profesional dentist miss a cavity on an x-ray?? Vinay Panchal began doing the work and drilling a hole in my tooth without even varifying the cavity on the x-rays I had done, also a huge red flag. Then, after completing the work asks me to bite down repeatedly to see how my jaw lines up. I guess I wasn’t doing it the way he wanted because he was being super condescending in his lack of instructions - “how do you chew food??” He repeatedly asked me. I called him out for being condescending and he changed his tone after that. I should never have to tell a dentist he is being rude whilst having a procedure done in his chair. Perhaps as a professional dentist you should provide some better instructions to your client instead of being impatient with them. Especially considering I just had fillings done in my mouth. Also, he mentioned nothing about a mouth guard that the previous dentist had said. So what we have here are 2 dentists who are inconsistent in diagnosis and communication, and 1 who doesn’t have compassion for his clients. How do I even know that I had a cavity ??? This could have been a total scam to get more money from insurance. I definitely do not trust these dentists after this experience and will not be returning. After looking at their other 1 star reviews it seems they do have a history of scam like business tactics so be weary of their services. Less

Dr.Panchal was so nice and welcoming.I was terrified of the dentist, after not going for a very long time and he eased my worries quickly. He is very gentle and makes sure you are okay and all of his coworkers are really nice too!! I'm so glad I went to PL dental.

Today, I went there. Very bad customer service and they charge around $600 for cleaning. It's too much expensive. I will recommend please don't go there. They will charge too much $$$$

Woww... The staff is awesome. I know that it is dificult to treat someone who is very scared of dentinsts,but they managed to do a great job. Even the teeth needed to be pulled out because my previous dentist messed it up. I am happy to stay with PL Dental

Definitely not going back to this place again. Appointments are never on time and the dentist (Dr. Faryal) ends up doing a rush job. The dentist arrived at the clinic 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Prices for their services are on the higher end as well. They purposely rack up your insurance to the max. They only care about the $$$ and not your teeth!

Dr. Neda is a very gentle dentist, humble and super skilled at her work. I had quiet a few cavities that needed to be fixed and some were very deep. Dr. Neda with her magic hands and the assistance of her capable dental assistant not only made the whole experience painless but she was able to save two of my teeth from going into root canal. Dental Hygienist Stuti was quite knowledge and tender during my cleaning/scaling/polishing sessions. Last but not the least the administrative team i.e., Mani and Rossa were pretty friendly and accommodating, they sent me prompt appointment reminders and kept me in the loop on what work will/can be covered by my insurance before starting any treatment.
