Good morning ☺️Heyy!!! This message is just to express my heartfelt gratitude. This coming Tuesday marks one year for me at Coeactive Fitness, and I truly can’t thank you enough for everything that has happened over the past year. I genuinely feel like a different person now.I remember when I used to be very conscious about my body image and was often afraid to try new things when it came to workout routines. The fact that I now do different weights, circuits, and Strong Nation classes is a really big deal for the version of Sneha from a year ago.Through the classes, your support, and the encouragement from all the instructors, you have contributed to my life in ways that go far beyond fitness. It has helped build my overall confidence as well.Having mild PCOS can make weight loss challenging and requires proper guidance with workouts and diet. Having you guide me through this journey has truly made a difference. Since I started, I’ve lost 7 kg, and that means a lot to me.Thank you so much for being such an important part of my journey. ❤️

My daughter & I just finished my Zumba class this evening and I’m still buzzing with energy! 💃✨The music as usual was fantastic, the routines were fun and easy to follow, and the atmosphere as always was so welcoming. It didn’t feel like a workout at all — just an hour of dancing, laughing, and letting go of the day’s stress.Huge thanks to our instructor Jayne for keeping the energy high and making everyone feel included, no matter their level. I walked out feeling happier, stronger, and already looking forward to the next class! 💪🎶If you’re thinking about trying Zumba, I highly recommend giving it a go!Rita & Clarelou Johnson

I love doing the Zumba classes with CoeActive because nobody else cares that my 2 left feet refuse to co-ordinate with my 2 slow arms even after 10 sessions. One day they will all synchronise and I will be great at Zumba. Until then, I just let myself go and enjoy the energy without judgement.

It’s been almost 11 months since I joined COE, and looking back, I realise how much this place and its people have meant to me. My very first class was Zumba, and I still remember how Jayne’s presence felt like healing. She had just returned from a break, and at a time when I was fighting many personal battles, her warm smile lifted me up more than she’ll ever know. Some days, I went to class just to see that smile. I’m someone who speaks very little, but she always made me feel seen.Karen Root is another kind soul who never fails to say hi and check on me. Those small gestures mean a lot. And Jo Jo is an incredible dancer with an even more beautiful heart. She always makes sure everyone feels included and cared for.Hayley inspires me in the quietest yet strongest ways. Watching how much she pushes herself reminds me of what we’re capable of. She carries a positive aura that fills the entire COE space, making it feel like one big family.Then there’s Vincent. I still remember my first hip-hop class with him—I could barely walk the next day, it was that intense. But his energy, his fun spirit, and the way he checks on everyone made me want to come back. He’s an excellent teacher who makes every class feel alive. Pilates with him has helped me see real improvements in my body, and I’m truly grateful for how comfortable he makes us feel.Mandy’s Pilates class felt like moving water—smooth, calming, and yet incredibly effective. I’m hoping to attend more of her classes because they make such a difference.Overall, COE has helped me feel mentally and physically stronger. I’m genuinely thankful to the entire team for welcoming me and making me feel like part of the COE family.

I was looking for an exercise class post baby and I'm so glad I joined CoeActive! Zumba and Hip Hop are so much fun and are great classes for your physical & mental health. Hayley and the Team are great, really passionate instructors who make you feel welcome. I really look forward to the classes each week 😀. Highly recommend!
