The challenges of different lifts and exercises challenged me in ways I've never felt before. The instructors are all excellent and very encouraging. They push you to make sure you test your limits. The group atmosphere is generally mixed from beginners to very experienced members. They have a flexible payment plan for people whose schedule is erratic like my own. The equipment is top of the line and the energy is always electric even at 5 am in the morning. I saw a difference in my strength, energy levels, physical appearance, and mood after only 1 week with a proper diet of course. If you have fitness goals whether it be strength training, endurance training, or challenging yourself with new maneuvers Catalyst is definitely the place to be. I have been a member at Catalyst for about 6 months now and it has been nothing short of life changing. The owners of this gym are the most sincere, kind and genuine people I have ever met. When I joined I had been struggling with my endurance and overall fitness after going through some knee surgeries a few years prior. I was overweight and out of shape. The community is so uplifting and the coaches are passionate and knowledgeable. Every class I have been to since joining has been filled with smiles and a whole bunch of sweat. There are members of every age and fitness level in every class. I have only been a member since January of this year, and the results I have gotten so far are almost unbelievable. If you’re looking to get lean, build muscle, and be in the best shape of your life – this is the gym for you! You’re not just a number at Transform RX, the coaches take the time to get to know each individual member and remember their strengths and weaknesses and make any necessary modifications. The coaches also do each daily workout themselves and use their own experiences with those workouts to offer advice and strategies before class. I never realized how much mindset impacted my workouts until I joined Transform RX. Each class begins with a quote to help get you in the right mindset both while at the gym and throughout your daily life. The quotes are almost always about overcoming obstacles in your mind and life to achieve the ultimate goals – happiness and health. The friendships I have made so far are just an added bonus to the physical and mental growth I have experienced over the last 5 months. I always look forward to coming here to get better. The community there is great and everybody helps each other out when it comes to, cleaning weights, or cheering you on during that last rep. I 100% recommend this place to anybody looking to get better.

I love the atmosphere and love the trainers! All of the trainers are super helpful with progressing lifts. Workouts are amazing! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming, made it easier to get back into CrossFit.

Transform RX is an awesome place to workout! The coaches are absolutely amazing. They really give each member a lot of personal attention. The workouts really push you physically and mentally, but can be modified as needed. The members are also super welcoming and fun. Highly recommend!

I was invited to the open house earlier this month and immediately felt a connection! The vibe is very positive! Monica and Fernando really emphasize the importance of your mental and physical health. Training is tailored to your age/skill so don’t be afraid! Yes! The best of the best! Not only are they incredibly educated, knowledgeable coaches, but they actually care about your progress and goals. You can go to any gym out there, but you won’t get what you get here! Feels like family, love it!! 5+++ stars!

The coaches here have an individual interest in all of the members, they actually care that you come! Even if you have not worked out in a gym before you will never feel lost here. You don't have to be afraid that you can't do something, the philosophy is "I Can't Yet". I always leave a workout feeling great because I can do things now that I never did in my life!

I came to this gym without any prior weightlifting experience. I was unsure what to expect but everyone there was so friendly, even from day one! The coaches are great and teach you how to properly lift/correct form! They actually care! I love it here!!
