Cathy is writing this review. Dave got me well when two prior therapists did not. I was diagnosed with frozen shoulder. One prior therapist actually made me worse. What made Dr Dave different is that he didn't hurt me while he helped me to heal. He used manual therapy, and worked on deeper muscles and trigger points that others had not bothered to. It actually felt great because of the tension release I experienced in these muscles. He gave me more than enough time for my session to take care of the issues I was experiencing.My exercises were not painful either. The icing on the cake occurred as he helped me with specific weightlifting exercises so that I could get back to the gym. I'm so grateful to Dr Dave Candy.

I was having hip pain that made it difficult to walk. Dr. Candy analyzed my walking gait and running form and was able to determine where I had a muscle weakness. He prescribed exercises to strengthen the weak areas and helped me return to walking running and working out pain free. He also did some dry needling to speed up the healing process.

Highly recommend Dr Dave & Dr Neil. I suffered with TMJ for years, seeing doctors, chiropractors, dentist, massage therapist with no real answers, after being referred to an oral surgeon I stumbled across More 4 Life on a TMJ google search. Before More 4 Life I had pain yawning, opening, and eating Dr Neil took time in every visit to hear my concerns, work on my issues, and make sure I understood my exercises which gave me the tools needed to have lasting relief down the road. He asked questions & offered suggestions to use in my day to day work week that would correct posturing & ergonomics that were causing strain & more pain. Dr Dave dry needling techniques worked wonders, both Dr’s and even the receptionist treat you like a visiting friend not an appointment. More 4 Life was the Best decision for me & I will contact them if I ever have any other issues in the future. The only complaint I had during the course of my treatment was traveling Hwy 270 but I would do it again if needed. Do yourself a favor go to the consultation.

I brought a lot of chronic issues to Dr Dave Candy. Unlike other PTs, he was able to offer pain relief on my very first visit. He patiently listens, and actively problem solves each issue to address pain. He taught me modifications for current exercises and also new strength building exercises during each session. I went in to see Dr. Candy because my hip was hurting so bad it was making my leg have nerve ending problems. He taught me how to get out of bed the right way to get out of a chair and to stand. It has helped me so much and it wasn’t what I thought it was going to be. I thought he would push and pull to get everything working right. Dr. Candy is amazing! I recently took a bad fall down my basement steps and e-mailed Dr. Candy to tell him what happened. I got an appointment right away and was very pleased with the results. He checked all the ligaments in my ankle, unjammed my SI joint, worked on my neck and shoulder and even did the Epley Maneuver because I was very dizzy after the fall. He then e-mailed me several exercises to address all my concerns and answered all my questions. I feel very fortunate to be a patient at More 4 Life.

Dave is the physical therapist that you need to go to for plantar fascitis. I came in pain and after 5 visits that included 2 dry needling treatments I am walking without pain. Dave is very knowledgable, assesses the root cause of the pain and advises expertly. After going to another physical therapy group for months with no relief I am so glad to have found Dave at More 4 Life Physical Therapy. He also helped me resolve my back pain.

I am so grateful for meeting Dave! I have been dealing off and on with left foot pain since 2008. I have seen several podiatrists, physical therapists, 3 different pairs of orthotics, and still experience foot pain randomly. Walking and hiking can randomly flair it up. Dave was the first health care professional to correctly diagnose the problem with the tarsal tendon and not the plantar tendon- this is in 2024. Different Exercises to Do. & It’s ok to take a Break in your Day Relax on a Heating Pad lying down & get Back Pain Relief. My story starts with ongoing pain in my hips, probably due to my age. I made an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon for a consultation. X-rays were taken. He said my hip bones were still in pretty good shape and that I should try some physical therapy to see if that gives me some relief. I called More 4 Life Physical Therapy and spoke to Dave, and we scheduled 6 weeks of therapy with Neal. This was the best decision I made. After a few weeks of therapy, I stopped feeling pain in my hips. The exercises were fairly simple and not too strenuous. I still do them at home because this is a much better option than hip replacement surgery. Neal showed me how to walk correctly, how to stand correctly, even how to get out of bed properly, and showed me how to get in and out of my car without taxing my back. Who knew? Anyway, it was a great experience for me, and I highly recommend More 4 Life to anyone struggling with any type of joint pain. Thank you, Neal and Dave, for improving the quality of my life.

I was having a knee and shoulder problem. My daughter recommended Dr. Candy and I am happy she did. I had tried a massage and Chiropractor with no relief. Dr. Candy knows every bone, nerve and muscle in your body. He works on the affected areas and I feel better when he is finished. In addition, Dr. Candy provides personal videos of him doing the exercises he recommends. I have received PT before but Dr. Candy is the best with positive results.
