Thank you. Terry seemed to work well and efficiently. I did ask and he said he would 1. check on the plumbing portion of my program to service my water heater. Terry said he would give the paperwork to his boss and I should hear something soon. The week is now gone and have heard nothing. I gave him copies of my original contract of lifelong service which I had purchased. That is now being cut short I have heard nothing on ether of these issues.
