Our instant gas hot water system died last Friday morning. Contacted several plumbers who charged a call out fee, quote was for an ‘astronomical amount’ for same system and labour. In looking for another quote and found Mitchell Gas & plumbing services. It was excellent service from 1st phone contact with office staff. We’re so helpful, on phone and we’re able to assist me with my queries and guidance with ask in v gor relevant information and photos. I received a quote within 20mins by phone by their plumber using the photos I took. No call out fee…their quote for install & provision of a new instant gas hot water system was so competitive. Two days after Christmas we had a messy plumbing issue. Grant from Mitchell was very prompt, courteous and professional. He got the job done in an hour. We had been quoted over $6000 by 23 Hour Plumbing (part of Metropolitan Plumbing) and Mitchell did it for $450.
