5 stars for James the plumber who turned up on time and did a great job installing our new hot water system. 5 stars for the competitive pricing offered by Mitchell Plumbing and Gas.3 stars for the confusing communication from the ladies in the office, their inability to call me back, and for telling me a week out that the job would be done at 7am only to then tell me the afternoon before that the job would be done at 1pm. Would I use Mitchell Plumbing and Gas again? Yes, absolutely!
