Courtney is extremely patient. I worked with her on learning Animal Flow for mobility after I had whiplash. Courtney always is and was encouraging and showed me different regressions to use so that I could improve my mobility and still find a way to get movement into my day. I’m an older woman with several health issues, including diabetes. I felt miserable, sluggish, and couldn’t find the time to exercise, nor was I very motivated to stay on a consistent schedule. I found that I was unable to manage my blood sugar, even through medication. I took Courtney up on her free evaluation. Told her about my medical conditions, health goals, and issues in finding time to exercise. Courtney created an exercise program that only requires 30-40 minutes of my time, 5 days per week. She changes up the exercise program daily so that I don’t get bored. I now exercise consistently 30-40 minutes every morning before work. I found that I can effectively manage my blood sugar counts through exercise, where medicine wasn’t cutting it. I was able to lower my A1C score to 6.1 and have already lost 10 lbs in a little over two months. My family doctor and cardiologist are very pleased with my progress and told me to keep it up! Courtney at Courology Fitness listens to what I want in an exercise program, while keeping my medical conditions in mind. She is encouraging, motivating, doesn’t judge, changes things up so I don’t get bored and gives me a plan that I have no trouble fitting into my busy schedule. I recently started working with Courtney and I’m very impressed! First I met with her for a 45 minute assessment. I have a few health problems, diabetes being one of them. Prior to my first workout, Courtney had completed research on my health conditions and made sure to tailor my workouts to help me manage my health in the best way possible. She also monitors me before, during and after my workout to make sure I’m not having any issues. Each workout is something a little different, so they have all been exciting and challenging. If I mention a particular motion hurts, Courtney modifies the movement for me, so the targeted muscles are still being worked without causing pain. Courtney is very encouraging and sets you up to succeed! Less
