I have had my home power washed here in Exton, PA for over 46 years. I found Joe Morinelli about ten years ago. He does the most thorough, professional power washing of my home and deck furniture better than anyone I have ever used. My home is surrounded by mature Oak, Maple and Douglas fir trees that throw off a lot of pollen and create an annual green mildew and pollen mess! Joe uses his own water that includes a moss and mildew retardant additive. Not only does it save me on my water bill but the additive wash he uses protects my home for at least two years!
