Very odd atmosphere and experience here. Intake area / 10 min. Breath test is the lobby. Vague amount of info given about intake tests ( ‘“Pee” test for menopause and breath test for metabolic info ). There were at least two private rooms that were empty, but everything was done in somewhat communal spaces (including an attempted b-12 shot that was administered in a makeshift closet - at that point I declined and left) - Facility looks new but unfinished. My gut just told me to go. ***In no way was I aggressive to what was obviously a young inexperienced MT. I had no issue with her - she did fine. I asked simple questions, including seeing the type of B12 that was going to be injected, and if she was a nurse..(as I have a step daughter just finishing nursing school) —— I was never in a ‘room’ with the MT (besides the bathroom). The most aggressive action was getting out the door. My issue was with the facilities. (Owner) sat at the front desk taking a meeting on ‘client retention’ (the irony) - Did not acknowledge me while I sat in the lobby for 20+ minutes so not sure where that gut feeling came from. Less

I loved my experience I had at Philly Wellness Center. I high recommend them to anyone needing a medspa. The staff is amazing and the vibes are spot on!

I received a treatment about a month ago. I was apprehensible about injectables at first, but after following through with it, I can honestly say I feel better. For me, it was a fast, convenient experience. The facility was clean and discrete. Highly recommend. Will return regularly.

Such a great experience at Philly Wellness Center! The staff is so professional and they took their time to ensure I felt comfortable with my treatments. The service here is great! Very hands on and personal team of workers. I got body contouring on my abdomen, toning/lift on my butt, and a facial all for a very low price. I saw results and changes on my and face body very quickly.
