I recently started CrossFit after having my first child. The coaches and other members have made me feel welcomed and motivate me but also are very understanding of any postpartum limitations. There are even times when I’ve had to bring my baby and they were super understanding. I highly suggest trying this gym if you want to get in shape with great people.

Nice gym owners. Love the fact friendly competition never outweighs family atmosphere. Also super mindful of injuries and scaling when needed. Worth every penny.

I’ve never done CrossFit before and was a little intimidated. I’ve been going for for over a year now and I love it! The workouts are challenging but can be modified so anyone can do it. Not only is it a fun place to workout but all the people here are awesome. Just a fun community.

Joining Muster Station is easily one of the best fitness decisions I’ve ever made. I have achieved fitness goals, I never thought possible. I’ve gained a community of people to share those achievements with and who will push me towards them. I love this gym and its community!

I love this CrossFit gym! I had some previous small injuries but they modify the workout and I can still workout with the class. I have worked out for 30 years with trainers and classes at the gym but the results are not even close.

I started CrossFit here back in January 2022 for the first time ever. I love it. Great environment, the coaches are friendly and knowledgeable.

This is the best gym. Everyone here is super supportive of each other as we are all trying to make ourselves better each day. I recommend this gym to everyone no matter their skill set.

They are huge advocates of functional fitness and pushing yourself to be the best you can, even on the hard days. Hands down the best place to get a great workout in Sanford. Steve the owner really cares to get you into the best shape of your life. The whole staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable! They will definitely get you to your goals and beyond!

This is a place I call home! The coaches empower you to achieve your goals and supports your struggles. I've been working out here for over a year and I could not invisible myself going to another box or local gym.

Steve and his fellow coaches are top notch. Steve's knowledge and experience in S&C is hard to match. If you spent anytime with him you'd immediately realize how passionate he is about S&C and more importantly the people around him.

Their door is right beside and to the left of Liberty Tax Service. Edit: I'm in my second week there. This is very good for me. Highly recommended. Great community/family atmosphere. Coaches pay close attention to form/technique and scale to everyone's level. We work hard, laugh a lot and support each other We LOVE it here!!

CrossFit gym in Lake Mary with very nice ownership and trainers. Pretty good equipment and facility, which is fairly small. It is a bit difficult to find if you don't know where you're going. It is in the Harbor Freight shopping center, but there is no sign other than on the door.

The owner takes great care to make sure you're doing the movements correctly and effectively. This is not true of other Orlando area crossfit gyms
