Having spent the last month working with Jasmine I have come to understand some of the ways in which I can use nutrition and other lifestyle hacks to keep myself well. This is still work in progress for me and I look forward to tapping into the wealth of knowledge that Jasmine holds in understanding women's health and well being. I would highly recommend Jasmine.
Jasmine is a great help in managing health and wellbeing with the challenges of menopause. She has so many useful tips and guides, and is a lovely person to work with on a nutrition and weight loss journey.

Jasmine is incredibly knowledgeable and one of the most approachable and gentle people that I've ever met. She really listens and has responded to me with tailored, practical advice. I've been working with Jasmine since March 2023 and I've really benefitted from her expertise in diet and lifestyle. She is lovely to work with, really understands women's health and offers brilliant resources including fantastic recipes, many of which are new staple favourites for me. Jasmine is so passionate & knowledgeable - it is infectious and I actually enjoyed the process of trying new ingredients & cooking/making new dishes (something I thought I would never say) I started to feel better from the first week and all the information that I have gained over the last 3 months, I will now take going forward to a healthier & happier lifestyle. I would highly recommend this company for anyone wishing to lose weight but not knowing where to start. Jasmine helped me lose weight without starving myself. She taught me what healthy nutrition means, and how to eat whatever I want while still losing weight.
In no more than 20 minutes Jasmine helped me to un-stuck my blocks and motivated me to start taking meaningful action to reach my goal. I had a big resistance and avoidance but she gave me clarity, confidence and motivation to take action immediately. Highly recommend her coaching !!

I've always been keen to understand more about what I am and should be eating, and it was a perfect opportunity for me to explore this further when she started offering nutrition coaching sessions. The session was well planned and structured, I was asked to complete a 3 day food diary, and was provided with detailed information on the nutritional content of what I had been eating and it was clear where gaps in my diet were. She shared visual information which I found useful to see, and plenty of advice on how to improve my diet. In addition to nutrition, she was also able to offer lifestyle support. I found the session informative and Jasmine is very knowledgeable in nutrition and has a real interest in supporting people to eat well and live healthy and happy lives. I was lucky enough to get the chance to work with Jasmine who helped me identify ways I could make this better. This included an analysis of my diet over a three day period to see if I was getting what my body needed. The results of this were a revelation to me as I found out I was seriously lacking in certain areas, particularly good quality fibrous food. She gave me advise on what I could cook and prepare for my day based on the fact that I spend most of the day walking so I was left with a clear plan of implementation. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to kick-start positive lifestyle changes or if you want to receive great tailored advise on how you can specifically improve your own food intake.
