I’ve been going to Mission Strength nearly every day since January, and I can’t say enough good things about it. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful—they make every lift and movement approachable, and I’ve never felt weird or embarrassed asking questions.I’ve only been exercising for about a year, and after the first six months, I started losing steam. I struggled with motivation, variety in my routine, and didn’t love waiting for equipment. If the gym was too crowded, I just wouldn’t go. That all changed when I joined Mission Strength.I’ll admit, I was a little nervous at first—I thought it might be one of those gyms that feels super cliquey or intimidating. But from day one, it’s been the exact opposite. Everyone’s welcoming, supportive, and genuinely rooting for each other.Since switching, my lifts are climbing, my body composition is improving, and I get to be part of a team every single day. Rain or shine, everyone is working toward their goals together, and that energy is incredibly encouraging. Being able to show up and trust that the workout is balanced and full of variety each week is such a blessing.It doesn’t matter if you’re a seasoned gym rat or you have never seen a dumbbell—we’re all the same here. You can get all the feedback and guidance you need/want, or you can just show up and get to work. No pressure, no ego, just progress. Huge shoutout to Pat and the entire Mission Strength team! They create a comfortable yet engaging environment while answering every question with expertise and care. I’m so grateful to be part of this community!
