The office staff is very friendly and welcoming; very professional. The Doctors on staff are prompt and wait time is minimal. One suggestion is to inform a new client when making the appointment over the phone, that there's a fee for using a credit card for payment. Other than that, they were very good about explaining the charges and how it applies to your medical insurance. I wasn't aware about the fee on the first visit and unfortunately, I didn't have checks with me. Less
