It took me a long time--walking past The Back and Neck Pain Center of Monterey with my dog each afternoon--but I finally made the call, found the time, set up an appt., and am glad I decided to put self-care into motion. I had a very positive experience at this establishment. First, they took me in the same day. I was in a lot of pain and they made time for me. The front office staff was incredibly supportive and accommodating. The Doctor was extremely nice and took the time to explain everything to me acknowledging my concerns. He was very kind and skillful in adjusting me and miraculously, my pain subsided as soon as he worked on my back. I got instant relief and was able to straighten up and walk without pain. Amazing staff and doctors. Felt great after my first chiropractor visit and felt even better after my second visit. Alison, the massage therapist was also very helpful with the deep tissue massage. Shes amazing and focused in on where my upper back, lower back and calves had knots and tightness the most. I definitely will continue to follow up here for my chiropractor and massage visits. Less

I’ve been seeing Dr. Gaily regularly throughout my first pregnancy and I am sure it has made all the difference in my comfort! I typically have back and neck pain and I have had none even with the pregnancy. I was nervous at first but he is very gentle with the adjustments. I plan to continue to see him postpartum to get everything going back where it should be! Less
