We are not only thrilled with the process of installing turf in our dog daycare yards at All Dogs Gym in New Hampshire, we are thrilled anew every day! New England Turf Store recommended SYNLawn pet premium turf, which was installed by the Atlantic Sports Group. Johnny Sinkins, our point person, was fantastic to work with. He coordinated all the moving parts and people to get our project done on time. Always responsive and happy to answer all of our questions. Matt Boudreau was our site manager for the sub-straight installation and his attention to detail was top notch. He did some very creative problem solving, found us a great rock for the Zen Garden and, when we had a problem sourcing a concrete tunnel for our Skate Park ramp, trouble-shot a way to use a piece of equipment we already had on site. He took his time and made sure everything was done correctly and to our liking. He and his team went above and beyond with our requests and really brought this project to life. He also worked cooperatively with our fencing company to help cut down the time-line and get us back up and running smoothly. The company as a whole was: • Knowledgeable about what we, as a large dog care facility, would need vs smaller projects. • Made creative suggestions we would not have thought of. • Listened to our needs and customized a plan that would work for us. • Responsive and patient with our 1001 questions. Explained every step of the plan along the way. • Worked very well with our other contractors • Documented the whole process with photos and drone shots that will be great for marketing our wonderful new yards. • Quickly respond for small fixes as they arise (or as the dogs make them necessary)—including repairs in another turf yard that they didn’t install. • Fast turnaround time for the size of the project and met agreed upon deadlines. • At the completion of the project, they put things together as if they were never here. • Every member of their team was SO NICE and professional! • WE LOVE OUR TURF! I didn’t like the way it turned out and wanted to extend it/make it larger and they said they couldn’t do it. I’m still confused by that. In the end I’m stuck with a product that I’m not satisfied with. It was difficult to get them to actually do the job and once they did I feel like it was rushed. Project started in December and the winds from the winter time blew the putting green over because it wasn’t “finished”. I was staring at an upside down putting green with nails coming out of it until May. Extreme safety hazard with little kids. Replying to your response. For a company that takes pride in customer service then you should be aware that I spoke to the owner, Scott multiple times on the phone. He and Johnny were in my backyard flipping the putting green back over and securing it into the ground. Scott specifically mentioned to me over the phone that he wouldn't extend it / make it larger. New England Turf had provided the turf for my brothers lawn in Sharon around his pool area. After walking on the artificial lawn in bare feet, I realized artificial grass was the way to go. So I called NE Turf Store and spoke with John Sinkins. Immediately he paid me a visit and dropped off samples and answered hundreds of questions. He was quite knowledgeable and setup an appointment. Several weeks later, Luke showed up and examined the area. He returned the next day with his crew and in incredible amount of equipment and machinery. The crew consisted of Luke (Project manager), Matt, Isaiah and Dylan. These guys were young and strong but mature and very professional. They were also punctual and very hard workers. I am so grateful for Luke's and his crew's expertise and great customer service that I am committed to getting the lawns done at my rental properties. Like a few others I just came back from the Boston golf expo after buying a piece of portable turf so the kids and I can practice chipping in our own backyard. What I also love about it is I can now take it to local parks to practice short game without damaging their grass. Ask for Sean, young kid but knows his stuff.

NETS did a small basement rubber floor for us and we could not be happier! Jami was responsive, professional, very personable and the installers did fast, amazing work! We have had it for 3 years now and it still looks like it did the day it went in! They were so great to work with, we went back for our turf!! Can't thank you all enough!
