Robin was a wonderful tour guide! We are dealing with a difficult situation, finding a new and safe home for mom, and Robin made us feel right at home and at ease! Robin was so friendly and thorough during my tour. She inquired about my needs and lifestyle interests, and included my family in the conversations. It’s obvious that Robin loves the facility and the residents. She was so prompt in returning my calls and very accommodating in making appointments. Toured Prairie Vista Village in Altoona Tuesday, June 2, as we are looking for assisted living accommodations for my mother. Robin was very accommodating, warm, friendly and very knowledgeable regarding this beautiful facility. Everyone was friendly and seemed happy to be there, whether an employee or a resident. It was very clean and comfortable. Many amenities to make this place feel like home. Only negative which is actually a positive at the same time is there is a waiting list. Make your decision early and get on the waiting list. You will be happy you did. Robin is a gem!

We are fortunate to have multiple family members that have elected to move to Prairie Vista. The amenities are warm and beautiful with a strong community atmosphere.
