Every class is different, all coaches are welcoming to new members and they help you to keep a good form when lifting, the music is great, and the tribe is awesome!!!! I love Epic! I have 2 kids so the gym I when to prior just was no longer working with my schedule having no help with my kids. Epic has Childcare with a playroom for all age kids. The workouts are always so different & never boring! I have already lost body fat which I know because they have a body scanner! & cant forget about the sauna too! A gym with everything you need & use for all equipment. I wish I knew about it sooner!

Me and my girlfriend were looking for a new gym to join in Simi. Tired of the same old thing at Crunch we wanted high intensity guided workouts. Thanks to Adam and the team at Epic Fitness I am down to a weight I haven’t seen since high school (14 years ago) and in the best shape of my life after 2 months of being a member. All of the instructors are all so friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming you really feel part of a family going here. The classes are always different and challenging. They have a nutrition app which makes it easy to track your calories which Adam helps with also. Show up and do the work and you will see results. 1, 2, 3, EPIC!

This gym is the best. The owner makes everyone feel like his best friend. The people are awesome and welcoming and super fun and get together outside the gym. Feels like I’m hanging out with my friends when I’m working out. I’m an Epic girl for life.

What an incredible experience, words cannot describe how amazing everyone at EPIC Fitness is.The culture of support from members to new individuals such as myself is just incredible. It’s not an accident it’s this way either, it clearly starts from the owner down.The coaches are amazing and help everyone through the routines if they have injuries. They want everyone to get the most out of everything.There is such a wide variety of members and I normally only see the 5:30 and Saturday crew.Don’t worry about your fitness level before starting! There is such a range of people, all supportive and encouraging.For me- I had already lost 45lbs before joining and I was stuck at 210lbs. I dropped more since, but more than just weight on the scale my fitness goals of being able to do anything at anytime are in striking distance, can’t wait for this next Spartan. I feel great, and I really noticed the biggest change after 30 days… my body has adapted. I’m hooked.
