Went to location and waited kept sending texts because location was not open. Found out the texts were automated and location in Oswego had not been opened yet and was told they would get back to me when they open. So, no class. These automated texts need to stop! I'm thinking that we would be starting a class for my kid and unfortunately never happened! Guess I'll be going to a different school! Less

They care more about money than teaching the kids life skills. The owner is arrogant and doesn’t seem to care at all about his students, and usually delegates teaching classes to inexperienced teenaged students. Money is better spent at a different school. Less

We started coming here a couple of months ago and we absolutely love it! The ultimate goal was to increase confidence for our 7yo daughter and also our 5yo son. Master Hyun and all of the instructors are fantastic! They are all very enthusiastic each night and both kids are excited to go 3 nights a week. It's fun for me to watch as well. I was disappointed with the service that this place provided for my child, a master should never make kids cry during his lectures. My son Sebastian told me a few times that he didn’t want anything to do with this place anymore because of the lack of how they treat the kids and people. I didn’t believe home till we had a pool party and I saw multiple bruises on his body. Never again will I bring my son Sebastian here. I found here on FB with $9.99 promotion and let my kids try out, their place was airy and bright with high ceiling concept and the receptionist helped me to get the exact information what I was looking for. Furthermore, I LOVE how Master Kim treat my kids and was able to see how knowledgeable he is(one of my kids is too energetic). He knows how to communicate and cooperate with people, I realized Master Kim might can be my children's mentor in near future (he is not just like other masters). *CAUTION* There is another Taekwondo studio nearby US TAEKWONDO OSWEGO with BLUE logo (Don't remember the name, sorry) I want you guys not being confused between here and there. I tried their program as well (it was mostly like a playground but I really liked the lady there). Both of my children go to this studio and they enjoy it immensely; 4 & 6 years old. I love Master Kim, but not as much as my children. Taekwondo forces students out of their comfort zone. Choosing to step onto the mat instead of sitting on the couch is difficult. Training and sweating can be uncomfortable. Standing in front of someone who is aiming kicks and punches at you while you defend yourself is generally something that we try to avoid. Even kicking and punching someone else can be difficult because we’ve been taught not to do these things since we were toddlers. But each step out of your comfort zone leads to a new stronger you. I love how strong my children are becoming, both mentally and physically. I highly recommend this studio. Less
